AshDisperse Forecasts
Introduction

AshDisperse is a tool for modelling the transport and deposition of volcanic ash in a windy atmosphere. The mathematical model is based on the Advection-Diffusion-Sedimentation equation.

The AshDisperse forecasts using meteorological data from the GFS 0.25° numerical weather prediction system.
