I am a Research Associate at the School of Mathematics in the University of Bristol, where I work with Patrick Rubin-Delanchy on researching Bayesian and machine-learning-based analysis of super-resolution microscopy data.

In particular, I am currently investigating:

• cluster detection and fibre analysis, and
• graph-based embedding.
